What began as a small counter in Lusaka has grown into Zambia's most loved butchery — but the obsession with quality, craft and care has never changed.


We believe great food starts long before the kitchen. It starts with the farmer who raised the animal, the climate it grew up in, and the hands that cut, cured and packaged it.
Every product in our store has a story we can tell — from our signature biltong cured slowly in small batches, to the seasonal Puku game we source under strict legal licence.
We are family-run, deeply Zambian, and quietly proud of what we do.
